“Therapy should meet you where you are.”

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, identity exploration (including gender, sexuality, race, and class), and the everyday stressors and transitions that life can bring. My approach is warm, patient, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you feel seen, understood, and supported.

Together, we’ll explore your experiences, clarify your goals, and take practical steps toward healing and growth in a way that feels authentic to you. At the core of my work is a person-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-affirming philosophy that honors your story, your identity, and your strengths. I believe therapy should meet you where you are.

If you’re looking to create meaningful change, process your past, improve your relationships, or better understand yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it can also be a powerful first step toward clarity, healing, and change. If you feel we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.

What To Expect In Therapy

Our early sessions are a space to begin getting to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals and any questions about the process. We’ll review confidentiality and logistics so you know what to expect, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, grounded, and supported as we begin this work together. All services are virtual at this time.
